What is LinkedIn?

The best way to describe LinkedIn is Professional Facebook, or as we at the Kingdom like to call it "Facebook in a suit".

Linked in is a free social network allowing you to connect with people on a professional level as well as sharing your expertise. It’s a great way distribute content to potential customers such as a website, blog and important articles. Just like Facebook, you can engage and interact with your connections, by commenting, liking articles and sharing. However, it provides some key professional advantages to Facebook.

When you post something on Facebook, only a small percentage of your followers see it. Compared to when you post something on LinkedIn, you will receive 4 or 5 times more reaction, as more people get to see it.You can also connect with people who you wouldn't be able to be friends with on Facebook, such as CEOs and CFOs.
