After getting sick of the perpetual sunshine and mild temperatures, I took a couple detours around the world, visited a couple continents, and settled here in beautiful Adelaide.
I first left California to go to school on the opposite coast in North Carolina, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Duke University and played the trombone in our marching band. Although I wasn’t much into sports before, the excellence of our college basketball team soon turned me into a Cameron Crazy.
I ended up missing only four games throughout my time at Duke, and was lucky enough to be brought along for the trip when Duke won the 2010 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament (by a mere two points).
After graduating Duke University for the second time, I took my Masters degree and spent two years working with the most admired brand in the world, Apple. I loved the excitement and constant learning I experienced every day, but I wasn’t being challenged creatively anymore.
When I met Adam Steinhardt by chance, I took my education in marketing and my love of working with customers to the other side of the world and joined The Kingdom, an exciting adventure working for an Adelaide inbound marketing agency.

I played in the marching band throughout university, and was hoarse for the three days after my school won 2010 NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship.
I’ve flown over the tallest mountain and walked the lowest spot in North America, snorkeled with sharks in the open ocean, and lived three months in St. Petersburg without speaking Russian.
At the age of 5, I introduced my mother to my step-father by tripping at his feet, opening a large gash on my head. It gave him ample opportunity to play the white knight. You’re welcome, Mom.
I’d never been to Australia before moving to Adelaide, but I’ve dreamed about visiting since I was a little kid watching nature documentaries and Steve Irwin. My bucket list includes Great White shark cage diving, diving the Great Barrier Reef, and not getting bit by any one of your myriad of deadly fauna.
